Engineer Stars in Movie

Interesting title?  Too bad the movie is in my own mind... and it's The Silence of the Lambs.  I hope you are all old enough to remember that great film.  Here's a little clip of the pertinent scene.  I recently went out to a site visit at the bottom of a deep hole.  I couldn't help but think, I hope I don't get trapped down there!

I do know, however, that my life is a comedy, not a horror film.  I could picture the contractor at the top of the hole saying " It signs the letter to the permit department!  It does this whenever it's told."  

In this case, the foundation was fine and they didn't have to threaten or anything.
